How much does therapy cost?
I offer a free 30 min consultation (in person or phone/telehealth) to give you space to ask questions and share about your concerns or goals to decide if we will be a good fit. During our consultation I will ask you to choose a financial commitment that aligns with your situation using my sliding scale. I will not question what rate you choose. If you need more support to help you decide a rate I can provide you with a guide.
For Individual Clients the Scale is $170- $250 per 50-min session
For Relationship (couples or other relational constellations) Clients the scale is $180- $260 per 50 min session. Longer sessions are available upon request.
*Veterans, first responders, teachers & students receive a $20 discount. Health4Heroes.org members are able to obtain a member rate. If you cannot afford these rates, I encourage you to explore the more accessible therapy rates via openpathcollective.org. I only serve a limited number of openpath clients, so please request through their directory to make a request.
Do you accept health insurance?
I am paneled with United, Aetna, Cigna, & Tricare. For other insurance providers, I can offer you a summary of services or superbill so you can attempt to submit to your insurance, but I cannot guarantee your insurance will reimburse you so please contact them to find out.
*I only take individuals with insurance at this time due to various concerns about how insurance pays significantly less for couples therapy and other ethical concerns about how they navigate diagnosis requirements for couples work.
